Saruja Youths engages in Tesito Cleaning Exercises

The youths and community of Saruja village engage in a Tesito cleaning exercise within the village.
According to Asumana Kontateh who is also the Secretary-General of the Saruja Foundation, the cleaning was initiated following the call made by the community to help protect the exposed pipes of the water supply system.
The youths, men, and women gathered both on Saturday and Sunday to cover these tubes. The participants also used the opportunity to cut grasses at the primary school and roads.
The initiative was supported by the members of Saruja Foundation foundation, Saruja Youth Development Association, and community. On his part, Musa Bayo (Jutu) contributed both technical and financial support for the success of the exercise. Special thank you also goes to the community of Sapu Campus, Amadou Suwareh and the women of Saruja for the providing the tractors and operators to collect the trashes.
